Yes, applicants can concurrently apply via the JAE and JPSAE if they wish to be considered for admission based on criteria other than O-level results.  Successful applicants will receive a maximum of 2 offers, i.e. a JAE posting and a JPSAE offer, at the same time.  However, the applicant can only enrol into one course.
