1. You are advised to consult the current prospectus on the website of the Polytechnic of your choice and to read the following instructions carefully before submitting your application. An incomplete or incorrect submission will disqualify your application.

2. You are to ensure that you are eligible for the course(s) you are applying for.

3. ITE applicants need not make any hardcopy submission.  SPM/STPM applicants however must do so.  The printout of the online application form together with photocopies of the following relevant documents of the SPM/STPM holder must be submitted to the Polytechnic of your first choice within the dates specified in our newspaper advertisement or website. Application received after the closing date will not be considered.

      a) Printout of Online Application Form;

      b) Identity Card/Passport;

      c) SPM/STPM Examination Results

Applicants who are successful in their applications must produce the original copies of their documents for verification during their enrolment.
